What happens after you place an order when you shop on Amazon? Join us for a guided walking tour of Amazon's robotic fulfillment center in Temple Terrace. Learn how customer orders are processed, packed and shipped. The facility known as TPA4 opened in 2021, the fifth Amazon robotics fulfillment center to launch in FLorida, It stands four stories tall and is the size of eight football fields. This is a non-stop walking tour that includes stairs and takes you one mile in length in about 90 minutes. The tour is not recommended for those with mobility issues. Safety headsets will allow you to hear the guide as she takes us through a noisy, fast-paced labyrinth of state-of-the-art robots and rolling conveyor belts. Parking is free at this facility.
