Physical and emotional challenges are common as we age, but you can apply strategies throughout  your day to maintain  good health and stay balanced and resilient. In this two-part session, you will learn five simple mind/body practices to help you thrive. These practices are rooted in mindfulness and include meditation, gratitude, self-compassion, mindful physical activity, and mindful eating.
