Description

The use of technology in criminal justice investigations raises significant ethical questions. Using true crime examples, we will discuss the new technology being used by law enforcement and how it relates to issues of privacy, transparency, and accountability.

Cary Hopkins Hall, MA, CAP, is a passionate teacher and trainer. She has conducted trainings on and taught collegiate courses on topics such as behavioural health and the criminal justice system, victimology, trauma and and forensic psychology. She is a visiting assistant instructor in the Department of Criminology at USF-SP.
