Description
How much of our speech is actually protected under the First Amendment? Is speech that offends others considered protected speech?What is seditious speech?Can words acceptable to one person, move another person to violence and still be protected? Is offensive speech, hate speech or unprotected speech sometimes considered to be speech that you simply hate to hear? We'll examine categories of speech in the light of the First Amendment.
