Full course description

Description

Intelligence played a major role in the victory of the Allies over Germany and Japan. It is a story of extraordinary successes and dismal failures, broken codes, spies and counterspies, resistance movements, special operations, aerial imagery, deception, secret missions, hair-brained schemes, and the occasional assassination. Most remarkable, men and women with no experience created effective intelligence capabilities while the war raged.
