Full course description

Here's a chance to learn and practice the fundamentals of resistance training, core strength and stability, and functional balance for ease in movement in daily activities. The instructor will demonstrate proper form and technique, and you will be able to practice and improve under her watchful eye. You will use resistance equipment and your body weight in the exercises.
