T'ai Chi Chih is a moving meditation designed to activate, circulate and balance one's "chi" or vital force. Comprised of 19 movements and one pose, this practice is simple to learn and easy to do. Research shows you'll receive benefits in body, mind, and spirit, including better balance, less stress, and improved overall health.
