Description

Spend a guided hour in the park mindfully opening your senses to nature. Forest bathing is not hiking, but we will walk short distances on unpaved trails. Improve your well-being as you breathe in the essence of the forest. We will end with a tea ceremony to honor the earth. Meet in the parking lot at the park.There is a $2 fee per vehicle.

Cate White is a retired pediatric RN with experience teaching meditation. She is a certified forest bathing guide, one of thousands in 60 countries, who teach the practice of Forest Therapy, promoting healing and wellness in natural environments.
