Description
Explore the relationship of the human gut microbiome to human health in this introduction. We'll consider the importance of the gut microbiome throughout life, and how lifestyle, nutrition and microbiome diversity affect it. Learn about the chronic diseases caused by a disruption in the gut microbiome. This is the decade of the gut microbiome, as we learn more about the profound influence it has on the human condition.
